The Hershey Symphony Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the management of the Orchestra to ensure its financial viability to enable the Hershey Symphony Orchestra to achieve its mission and vision. Board members support the Orchestra’s mission to engage our community through artistic excellence and live performances of great music. Their focus is also to support the orchestra in fulfilling its vision to be among the best community orchestras in the nation.
The Board meets bi-monthly. A Board member is accepted for a three-year term of office, with an option to continue for a second three-year term. Like our Orchestra members, our board is also made up of people with diverse and unique skills and talents. Some board members are musicians in the Orchestra, but others simply have a passion to support the arts in our community.
